Consent Form & Payment Links

In order to work with Lisa as a Spiritual Life Coaching client, new clients must complete the consent form below by following the link. All sessions must be prepaid via the buttons and sessions will only be scheduled (via the email you offer in the initial consent form) after forms are complete and payment made.
​
All 60 minute sessions are $150 and 30 minute Power Sessions (reserved for a single topic or question) are $75. Lisa does reserve the right to accept new clients on a case-by-case basis. Please send your initial inquiry for services via the Contact Page.
